We would like to apologise to our customers who had problems on Saturday morning purchasing tickets or getting entry to the carpark. Unfortunately, National Australia Bank had a nation-wide outage on Saturday the 26th May 2018 which caused significant issues for our customers. We did our best under the circumstances, however the National Australia Bank failure stopped ALL online sales and transactions.
